The HRD ANZ Hot List celebrates the best HR executives in Australia and New Zealand who are redefining what HR means, moving beyond policy and process to become architects of culture, capability and resilience. Candidates are assessed on their leadership, innovation and industry contribution, with finalists drawn from a sector-wide survey of HR leaders conducted in October 2025.
To qualify, nominees must hold a senior HR role and bring at least 10 years of experience, with particular emphasis on those who elevate the role of HR within their organisations and spearhead new initiatives that deliver measurable impact.
Reed previously appeared on the HRD Australia and New Zealand Hot List in 2025, reflecting her ongoing leadership in building high-performing, people-centred cultures. Her 2026 recognition reinforces her reputation as a data-driven, future-focused HR leader helping organisations navigate transformation with clarity, empathy and commercial rigour.
